OPEN STUDIOS Nicholas Building 2014

This year is the 10th Anniversary of the

OPEN STUDIO Nicholas Building event.

I  have been proudly producing this event for the last 10 years that was 1st concieved as a way of letting people know about the diverse and talented artists within the Nicholas Building.

This year will be our largest event, 

with 30 studios opening their doors.

I hope you will come and visit me on level 7 and say hello...

Spring Engagement

This ring, that was finished last year is made from 9ct yellow gold and old cut diamonds. The diamonds were from a ring that belonged to Granny and there was a lot of discussing about whether all three stones should be used or just the largest one as a solitaire but I just knew all three would make this ring look really lush. The finished ring absolutely delighted the couple and me.

Desire

Just dropped this Neckpiece into e.g.etal.

It is made from fused sterling silver chain with Eros (desire) stamped into the tear drop shaped link in Greek. The beads are 10mm sea bamboo with the large one being about 14mm in diameter.

Those stamps have become one of the best things  I have  bought back from my overseas trips!

OPEN STUDIOS Nicholas Building 2013

Its almost the end of winter and time for the annual open studios event. Come visit my studio and have a look around the building I promise it is like no other open studio event.........
